Designed for Southern California’s sport fishermen, this experience transforms your hard-earned catch into a stunning sushi spread, crafted by expert chefs with premium ingredients and artistic presentation. We work exclusively with Bluefin Tuna, Yellowfin Tuna, Yellowtail, or Lobster provided by you, while supplementing with other high-quality seafood as needed to ensure a complete and balanced sushi experience. Using premium small-batch rice, microgreens from Origin Farms, and authentic Japanese kizami wasabi, we elevate your fresh catch into a restaurant-quality feast. How It Works: We’ll arrange a call with you at least 48 hours before your event to go over preparation details. Your fish must be processed by a credible fish processor to ensure quality and safety. On the day of your event, we’ll handle all the prep and slicing on-site, transforming your kitchen island or table into a stunning grazing display with tropical leaves and vibrant garnishes. Our rotating menu features Sushi Me Rolln signature items like: 🔥 Spicy Truffle Tuna Roll – Crab, cucumber, and avocado, topped with local tuna, black truffle, unagi, spicy kewpie, crispy rice pearls, local chili crisp, and micro cilantro. 🔥 MACN Roll – Crab, gobo, and avocado inside, topped with Aburi-style king salmon, unagi, and house-smoked Togarashi macadamia nuts. 🔥 Poke Nachoes – Crispy wonton chips topped with fresh ahi poke marinated with sesame, soy and spices for the perfect bite. Dietary restrictions? No problem—just let us know in advance, and we’ll tailor the menu to your needs. This service is perfect for those looking to impress guests with their own fresh catch, expertly prepared and beautifully presented. Whether it’s a casual gathering or a special occasion, we bring the art of sushi-making to you—letting you enjoy the freshest, most personalized sushi experience possible. All necessary condiments (soy sauce, wasabi, etc.), chopsticks, disposable plates, and napkins are included. Secure your event date and time now! A non-refundable deposit of $1500 is required to confirm your booking. Cancellation Policy

To ensure an exceptional sushi experience, please review our booking policies before securing your event: Deposit & Payment: A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking. The remaining balance is due on the day of your event, and we accept cash, check, Zelle, and Venmo. You may reschedule your event up to 48 hours in advance at no charge. After that, you are responsible for the full cost of the service. Last-Minute Bookings: Reservations must be made at least 5 days in advance. Bookings requested with less than 5 days' notice will be subject to a Rush Fee, depending on availability. Please inquire for details. Travel Fees: We cater events worldwide! For events outside San Diego County, an additional travel fee applies. The travel fee for Orange County is $400. Service Details: Our sushi is rolled off-site and cut fresh on-site, along with sashimi and nigiri, ensuring the best flavor and presentation for your event.
