We use premium small-batch rice, fresh microgreens from Origin Farms in San Marcos, and freshly caught tuna sourced directly from local fishermen. Plus, we serve only real Japanese kizami wasabi—never the imitation paste. We wrap your kitchen island or table and transform it into a stunning grazing display. Using tropical leaves and vibrant garnishes, we craft a beautiful work of art that showcases our sushi offerings and leaves your guests in awe. Enjoy an arrangement of our signature rolls, nigiri, and sashimi. Our rolls are crafted offsite and sliced on-site. Our rotating menu features Sushi Me Rolln signature items like: 🔥 Spicy Truffle Tuna Roll – Crab, cucumber, and avocado, topped with local tuna, black truffle, unagi, spicy kewpie, crispy rice pearls, local chili crisp, and micro cilantro. 🔥 MACN Roll – Crab, gobo, and avocado inside, topped with Aburi-style king salmon, unagi, and house-smoked Togarashi macadamia nuts. 🔥 Poke Nachos – Crispy wonton chips topped with fresh ahi poke marinated with sesame, soy and spices for the perfect bite.
